Measuring Greatness

"But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant." ~ Matthew 23:11

We often measure greatness by the title we hold, the money we make, or the accomplishments we achieve. But God measures greatness through servanthood.

What is servanthood? Simply it's living a life that provides services for the benefit or assistance of another.

How are you defining success? Is it based on culture's definition? Or Jesus'?

This day, 2014 years ago, Jesus taught His disciples that "the greatest among you will be your servant. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted" (Matthew 23:11-12).
